Bio: I am from Springfield, IL born and raised. I was a three sport athlete in high school. Went on to play college basketball at LLCC. Always have been a fitness enthusiast. Received my degree in Business Administration.
I have been doing CrossFit since 2011. I started conventional lifting in high school and fell in love with health and fitness. Once I found CrossFit it was a game changer! I found that I knew very little about fitness. My life has been changed through CrossFit and I hope to change others through it as well! I love the feeling of accomplishment I get from helping others exceed their limits and do things they never knew they could!

My favorite movement is the Snatch.

I was born and raised in the Chatham area. I was a three sport athlete in high school where I spent a lot of time in the weight room where I became very enthusiastic about fitness, but just not finding the drive to do more than just conventional weightlifting.

I began Crossfit in 2014 just by chance and haven’t looked back since. To be around other like minded athletes really gave me the drive to excel and get better. I decided to make the move into coaching to teach other athletes the crossfit methods, ideas, and fundamentals to help them improve on their health and fitness goals.

I have lived in Chatham most of my life. I love the community and after college, decided that this is where we wanted to raise our family. I am wife to Sean and mother to 4 children, Zack, Zane, Zaiden, Zoe and our Goldendoodle, Harrison.

I have been an athlete all of my life and am competitive in everything I do. I played soccer and volleyball competitively to the collegiate level and have taken that passion to coach both sports today. Crossfit came into my life about 8 years ago and has escalated into a passion. I have taken pride within the fitness community and love watching people conquer things they never thought they could. Along with Crossfit I have taken an interest in nutrition and have lived the Paleo lifestyle for about 5 years now. Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. I encourage people to live and eat healthier to sustain a functional lifestyle longer.

I was born and raised in Springfield. I am married to Alinda, my high school sweetheart. We have three children (Seth, Tye, & Mason), and three grandchildren (Sage, Auggie, and Aria).

I am a chiropractor and practice in Springfield. In addition to traditional chiropractic treatments, I specialize in weight-loss and nutrition, acupuncture, cupping therapy, and Instrument Assisted Soft-tissue Mobilization.

I found CrossFit in 2017 and immediately got hooked.  Prior to starting CrossFit, I had lost a significant amount of weight and was working out on my own. I was going to the gym lifting weights and doing cardio, but never felt pushed or like I was making gains. I also ran a significant amount and did a marathon and several half-marathons, but I never loved running.  I love the community and variety of CrossFit!  I have been fortunate to develop some great friendship through CrossFit, and I love the accountability that we have with one another. My favorite thing about CrossFit is that it is functional and can be carried over into activities of daily living. I also love that every movement and workout can be scaled to your abilities.

I’ve lived in Springfield all my life. I have two adult children, Hailey, and Alexis.  I work full time with KEB as a management consultant.

I started CrossFit in 2013/14 and it became an instant obsession. I love the competitive side and enjoy competing as often as possible.  The community and family environment is amazing and brings so much joy. Coaching is extremely rewarding and gratifying for me.  Nothing is better than helping someone achieve a goal or do something they never thought they could.
