All the trainers will be out of town this weekend due to furthering their education to make the gym a much better place for our members and much more affective programming of WODs. There for there will be no class on Saturday 2/22/13 and Sunday 2/23/13! We will continue normal classes on Monday 2/24/13! We will post simple WODs on Saturday and Sunday on the website and Facebook for you guys to do at home to stay in it!
