10 AM-Rowing competition (500m, 1k, 2k)
11 AM- Beginners Baseline WOD, this workout is for EVERYBODY and ANYBODY that is willing to dive in and give CrossFit a shot!
12 PM- Helen: 400M Run, 21-15-9.         Kettlebell Swings and Pull-ups
12:30PM-Grace:30 clean n jerks for time.
ALL DAY-Food and drinks, giveaways, hanging out, experiencing the CrossFit Community!
