Congratulations, Kait Garcia! 🥳 We love seeing Kait every day at our 4pm class with her sweet sidekicks, Gavin and Tater! If anyone is capable of doing hard things, it’s Kait Garcia. Her drive to keep pushing when things get tough is nothing short of amazing. One of our favorite things about Kait is her persistence to work at something (T2B, C2B, HSPU, handstand walks, etc), seeing her crush those goals, and then watching her move on to the next hard thing she can accomplish! This “Hero WOD” honors Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run.
