I was born and raised in Springfield. I am married to Alinda, my high school sweetheart. We have three children (Seth, Tye, & Mason), and three grandchildren (Sage, Auggie, and Aria).
I am a chiropractor and practice in Springfield. In addition to traditional chiropractic treatments, I specialize in weight-loss and nutrition, acupuncture, cupping therapy, and Instrument Assisted Soft-tissue Mobilization.
I found CrossFit in 2017 and immediately got hooked. Prior to starting CrossFit, I had lost a significant amount of weight and was working out on my own. I was going to the gym lifting weights and doing cardio, but never felt pushed or like I was making gains. I also ran a significant amount and did a marathon and several half-marathons, but I never loved running. I love the community and variety of CrossFit! I have been fortunate to develop some great friendship through CrossFit, and I love the accountability that we have with one another. My favorite thing about CrossFit is that it is functional and can be carried over into activities of daily living. I also love that every movement and workout can be scaled to your abilities.
