Saturday 2/22/13 Home WOD

Here is a very simple Wod you can do at home, or anywhere you choose while our facility is closed. You may even want to get a few friends and family members to do this one with you!
10 Rounds For Time:
10 push ups
10 air squats
10 sit ups
Finish with a light 1/2 mile run!
